Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and customs processing (if applicable).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to European countries and select Asian countries.

If your country is not available at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to ship to your region at this time.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at eluxure.dolls@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
