Refund policy

Return Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products we sell, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and is standard for retailers of sex toys and other personal-use items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at eluxure.dolls@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items, including unopened products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sex toys

  • Personal care products

  • Items that come into contact with the body

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note: Under EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. Our products fall under this exemption and are therefore not eligible for return under the cooling-off period.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described above. Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
